Phillips Collection Jumping!
Student participants in Dr. Joseph Dreiss’s Neoclassicism to Impression field trip to Washington D.C. jump for joy in front of The Phillips Collection entrance. University of Mary Washington student art jumpers from left to right are: Caitlin, Jenniffer, Elisa, Mary, Mason, Robert, Anna and Mattson. Consensus on a favorite painting was Renoir's Luncheon of the Boating Party and favorite gallery was the Rothko Room. Thanks, jumpers!

Family Art Day in Fish Creek, WI Jumping!
Martha said "... I designed our last Family Art Day around the idea of "Jumping in Art Museums." Since October is the national month for arts and humanities, we made a painting/mixed media project where we were jumping for joy because we love art so much! I wanted to share with you the project and its outcomes with you and I hope that you could post some of these "jumping paintings" on your blog."
They look great, Martha!
